What are the eligibility requirements for indiCo Direct customers?

Any independent campus store is eligible, as long as the ownership model supports the institution and the higher education industry as a whole. All account requests are considered “pending” until approved. Eligibility is based on good credit standing and ownership type (institutionally-owned and operated, independent campus cooperative, student association/student-run store, K-12 store, etc.). Once approved, customer will receive an email with sign in instructions. For those stores that may not meet these requirements, eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Why do I need to create an account with indiCo Direct if I already order course materials from indiCo?

Because it’s a different system. By creating an online account with indiCo Direct, you will receive notifications when new general merchandise arrives and stay in the loop on all we have to offer.

With prices so low, how can the quality of the products you are sourcing be equal to or better than what our store requires?

Because our sourcing team is picky! They visit the manufacturers personally and make sure every product meets or exceeds their requirements. You are getting top shelf quality at bottom shelf prices. We stand behind every product—and though we understand why you may still be skeptical, we encourage you to order just ONE item. Then compare the quality and current price you’re paying from another supplier. We think you’ll be impressed. Is customization available? How do we order decorated products?

Yes. Currently, we offer laser engraving, UV and Sublimation printing. Contact indiCo Customer Service at cs@goindico.com or call 800-321-3883 to place an order and submit artwork. Visit the product decorating page for details.

Is there a warranty on tech products?

Yes. A limited one-year warranty applies to all indiCo™ and DOURADA™ branded mobile tech products. These products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, if purchased from an authorized reseller. Go here for details.
